Before you buy Delivery & refunds
Delivery: Software keys: after verified payment, available stock or supplier generation can deliver automatically. Your key, loader and setup resources appear in your signed-in My Navorra order. Staff-fulfilled keys remain Pending delivery; the usual target is within 24 hours unless your selected plan shows a different estimate, including backorders. Firmware: a digital file or license, as listed. Custom builds require payment and the requested DMA card/DNA details. The usual estimate is 24-48 hours; missing or incorrect details can delay preparation. Delivery is through My Navorra. Hardware is not included unless listed. Hardware: a physical shipment, usually sent by our supplier to your confirmed address. The usual arrival estimate is 7-14 business days, depending on location; follow any different estimate shown for your selection. Processing, transit and customs affect timing. Tracking is added when available. Payment confirmed does not mean shipped or delivered. Your product/plan's displayed delivery estimate applies. License activation and duration follow that product and provider; revealing a key is not proof of activation or use. Discord/email notifications supplement My Navorra and may be blocked or delayed. If delivery is late, missing or incorrect, contact support with your order number. Refunds follow the separate policy below and applicable rights.
Refunds: Once a digital key has been revealed or claimed, it is not refundable under our standard policy; the exceptions below and statutory consumer rights still apply. If you have not revealed or claimed your key yet, contact support within 48 hours of purchase and we will refund it in full. If a product is unavailable when you buy it, or goes offline before you ever use it, you choose: a full refund, or a free switch to another product of the same value. Once you have used a product, downtime is compensated with time rather than money. The developer will typically add at least the length of the outage back to your access. We cannot refund a ban or a detection, a product bought against the requirements printed on its page, or a setup problem you decline to troubleshoot with support. DMA hardware is different. Faulty hardware is replaced or refunded under the warranty shown on its product page. Firmware is a digital product and follows the key rules above. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by us. Approved crypto refunds are issued as store credit, or sent to an address you provide. None of this affects your statutory consumer rights.

Answers about ordering, access, and support at Navorra.
What do I need to run this?
Every product page lists its requirements before you buy. One-PC products run on the same computer you play on. DMA products need a second computer and a DMA card, which we also sell.
When does my access start?
Activation and duration follow the selected product and provider. Check the product page and guide before purchasing. Revealing the key in My Navorra records access to it; it does not establish when the supplier license starts.
Where do I find my key and downloads?
Sign in to My Navorra and open your order. The key, the loader, the setup guide and any files for that product are all there.
What happens when the game updates?
Check the product status and contact support. Products marked Updating cannot be purchased. Any license pause or time compensation depends on the provider and the applicable product terms; do not assume every provider pauses automatically.
How do I know whether something is working right now?
The status page shows live availability for every product, and we post updates in Discord as they happen.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not revealed or claimed your key yet, contact support within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Revealed keys are subject to the restrictions and exceptions in the full refund policy above.
Will I get banned?
Nobody can promise you will not be. We only list products we would run ourselves, we take them offline the moment they look unsafe, and we say so in Discord when that happens. Read the product page and follow the setup guide.
How do I pay?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Crypto payments are final once the network confirms them.
I cannot get it working. Can you help?
Yes. Open a support ticket in Discord and we will walk you through it. Most problems turn out to be a missed setup step or an antivirus exclusion.
Can I use one key on two computers?
No. One key covers one machine at a time unless its product page says otherwise. Talk to support before you move it to a new PC.
Is there a warranty on hardware?
Yes. The warranty length is shown on each hardware product page. Unopened hardware can be returned within 14 days, and faulty hardware is replaced or refunded.
How do renewals work?
We send you a Discord reminder before your access expires, with a link to renew. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
